I think my main focus here will be to collaborate with others in the hopes of sharing goods and bads from my history and learning the same from others. I have found in my few short years in ministry that we cannot be a cookie cutter approach and we need to learn from others and apply accrdingly to where God has us individually. I also hope Chris finds a different pic of me to use. Although I did think it was funny when it was taken, I now cringe when I see it since I am always telling my 5 year old to get his finger out of his nose, lol. As a father i should set the example right? I am excited about learning from others.
